The response times are fantastic, with their staff being onsite within 30 minutes of an issue appearing that prevents the branch from carrying out their duties. The work that your staff have recently carried out at my house, including fuse board replacement, earth continuity bonding, replacement earthing rod and more, has been excellent.
The lads worked diligently and tidily and made a very neat job of all the improvements. Just as importantly, they came when they said they would, let me know what they were doing and how long it would take and left the house looking as tidy as they found it.
The price was as quoted and everything works very well.

I am writing to thank you for a number of jobs which have been undertaken by your Company at our Premises at relatively short notice. Before discovering your Company, we had been using a succession of electricians who turn up in an old car, have basic tools, have vague knowledge of the latest regulations, have not got a rush in them and then present a ‘larger than expected’ invoice. I found you in Yellow Pages and am glad that we gave you a call. Everything about your Company is spot on. Modern fully painted Vans with the latest equipment and uniformed friendly staff could mean expensive. But you gave estimates for the work which were very reasonable.

Your staff arrived on time, worked efficiently, knowledgeably and quickly, resulting in a good job done in record time and more importantly at a price which is actually cheaper than the ‘one man band’ electricians that we have been using.

Your final invoices reflect the estimate and I am very pleased with every aspect of your service.
