You can build confidence and self-esteem or just simply make new friendship groups! Our friendly and enthusiastic coaches will be on hand every step of the way to guarantee that your rugby experience is a positive one.
Menโs training - Tuesday at 7pm
Womenโs training - Thursday 6:30pm and Sundays 9am
