Steve joined us in June 2025 to help Carl with the running of the company.
His vast experience in a corporate background has helped massively in developing more structure.
He's helped introduce a job management system, keeping the communication flowing between the office and field staff resulting in greater efficiency and slicker invoicing practice that's crucial to cash flow.
We can now easily see where we are at any point of the job. Steve's ownership of the general running of things now frees up Carl to concentrate on developing the company and the bigger picture.
