Adele joined the company in January 2022 to help Fwed run the office.
Since then, she has become a fantastic asset, covering everything from customer service and invoicing to keeping everyone’s schedules in order, so the lads know where they are going and when.
In March 2026, Adele took over as the office manager when Fwed moved to a part-time role as she approached her well-deserved retirement and really embraced the opportunity.

He really enjoys coming thank you Carl he is set on now completing school and hopefully getting an apprenticeship to be an electrician. We as parents and josh really appreciate you giving him the opportunity to gain some valuable work experience. The time he as spent with you has confirmed what career path he wants to take. We look forward to watching him grow as a young man and it’s nice to see he’s making a good impression. He’s enrolled at college for his level 2 apprenticeship which he’s waiting to hear back from and also enrolled for his level 1 which he has a offer waiting to be accepted as a backup plan if he cannot find an apprenticeship.
